What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept Discover at this time.

I’ve tried to make a payment but I get a transaction failure notice. How can I buy your program?

Customers outside of the United States sometimes have trouble with their banks not allowing international payments. If you’re sure you have the funds, you might need to contact your bank and ask them to give you access to international payments and then try buying the program again. If you continue to have trouble, please email support@howtogettheguy.com and my team will help you resolve the issue.

I haven’t received my login & password.

We’re so sorry! You should have received an email about that straight away after purchasing. We try to make sure all emails get sent without issue, but sometimes messages end up in spam folders despite our best efforts. (Hotmail and Outlook addresses in particular have trouble receiving our emails.) Please email support@howtogettheguy.com and my support team will get you a new login & password.

My login & password aren’t working.

Your username is always the email address you used to purchase the product.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at the link beneath the login on the members site here. When you do so, give it ten minutes or so before checking your email for it and/or using the link again. It can take a little while to arrive, and if you keep trying the link, our system may detect a flood and shut you out entirely. Check your spam for the password reset email if you don’t see it in your inbox.

You might also want to try refreshing your browser page or clearing your cache – sometimes that can help. Consider also trying a different browser; technology is a bit funny that way, isn’t it?

How do I download the audio of the program I purchased to my iPhone or iPad?

In your members area, click the “Download Audios Here” link and a .zip file will download to your computer. Double click the .zip file to unpackage it. Go into the folder that appears and double click the mp3s to open them in iTunes. With your phone plugged in to your computer, drag and drop the mp3s from iTunes to your phone.

Unfortunately there is no way to download directly, so if you don’t have a computer, you’ll need either a Dropbox account and the Dropbox app, in which case you’ll be able to choose to save to Dropbox and play from there, or iCab mobile, which will let you download mp3 files directly onto your iPad as well as play back audio files.
