Love this advice especially, it brings joy and also depth to the whole process. In fact, it happened to me already and quiet unexpectedly. I joined a self-defense class with mixed feelings of what I am even doing there because I never was into fights and boxing and kicking (all was included), and in the end I found there great people as one of my current best friends or very interesting guys that made this whole experience unforgettable.
