Day 1: Discover What You Really Want

The Retreat is ultimately about living better. But that means something different for everybody, and this isn’t a one size fits all approach. The goal on day 1 is to help you uncover what a better life looks like to YOU! Here we’ll be laying the foundations for the entire process…

  • What did you come to the Virtual Retreat for?
  • What are the complaints and frustrations in your life right now?
  • How to create a vision for your best life
  • How to set small and large goals
  • Uncovering your passions
  • The power of taking consistent action
  • How we spend our time

As we figure out what we want to do with our lives and how we want to spend our time, goals are a huge part of the process.

You’ll be setting a goal for the next 3 months that will move you closer to your vision and a year-defining goal.

To ensure you get there and love the journey, I’ll also be giving you the tools to:

  • Stop comparing yourself to others
  • Be your own greatest ally
  • Design specific rituals that will carry you towards your goals
  • Develop your personal criteria for daily happiness

Day 1 Evening Magic: Movie Night

Unwind at the end of Day 1 as we invite you to don your best pjs and join us for a special movie night. Set your room to be dark and cozy and don’t forget popcorn and your favorite soda as we all hit play together at the same time.

Day 2: Master Your Emotions And Actions

On day 2 we’ll be focusing on FEELING. The quality of our life is down to the quality of our thoughts and feelings. I’ll be showing you how to get off of the emotional rollercoaster and take control of our emotions once and for all. I’ll be guiding you by the hand on how to …

  • Interrupt anxiety with gratitude at any moment
  • Use emotion as the key to long term motivation
  • Stop relying on willpower
  • Create new reference points for what you’re capabale of
  • Deal with pain effectively instead of avoiding it
  • Make decisions from a place of huge emotional leverage
  • Practice of ‘proactive vulnerability’

Day 2 Evening Magic: The MH Virtual Jazz Club

We will be hosting an exclusive jazz night at the end of Day 2, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a live performance from the incredibly talented Cherise. (2019 Jazz FM Vocalist of the Year Award and 2020 Parliamentary Jazz Awards Vocalist of the Year)

Day 3: Achieve Core Confidence

Now that you know how to create the vision that you want for your life, and … the final part of the process is going to focus on creating an incredible relationship with ourselves and an unshakeable Core Confidence! Here we’ll finish the process by digging deep into …

Our final party is 1920’s themed with an exclusive live set from the amazing DJ Jena Red! Grab a drink and be excited to get up and dance as we celebrate having gone through this transformative process together.
